Brings decades of leadership, complex problem solving skills, and unparalleled enthusiasm well suited for maximizing productivity and increasing profitability.
Tal is a trusted decision maker with decades of experience in strategic level leadership, business development, program management, planning, training, operations, risk mitigation and organizational design. Experienced in strategizing, managing research and executing highly visible projects with national security implications. Extensive classified experience with key executive level assignments and a multi-faceted post graduate education.
